No. The current official Cymed page identifies these no-V 78300-series SKUs with a Peel n Stick flexible closure. Press n Seal or Velcro variants use separate V-suffix identities.

Which opening sizes are available?

Choose cut-to-fit up to 1 3/4 inches or a pre-cut 7/8, 1, 1 1/8, 1 1/4, 1 3/8, or 1 1/2 inch opening.

Does this pouch have a filter?

No. These clear 78300-series thick-washer configurations do not include a filter.
