Is HLL3777 the same as the HLL3778 newborn pouch?

No. HLL3777 is the Premie system for stomas up to 5/8 inch with a 4-1/2-inch pouch. HLL3778 is a different newborn model and remains a separate product.

Can this pouch be drained?

Hollister states the pouch may be removed for emptying, or the pouch bottom may be cut off and an included soft wire closure added for drainage. Follow the product instructions and clinical guidance.
